If you want to travel to Germany for a period of up to 90 days on business you will need a Schengen visa.

Family Reunion Visa
You can get a visa for Germany if you are married to a foreign national who holds either a residence permit, a Blue Card EU, an ICT Card, a permanent settlement permit or a permit for permanent stay in the European Union & if you and your spouse are both at least 18 years old.
Generally, you need to have at least basic German language skills (A1). No language skills are required if your spouse holds a Blue Card EU.
You must present proof of adequate accommodation & financial means to live in Germany.
